The accreditation allows Evolt engineers to specify, commission and maintain Ratio’s charging range, including single- and dual-socket AC units rated up to 22 kW for commercial, workplace and public applications.
Manufacturer training expands UK service coverage
Ratio says the agreement is intended to strengthen installation and aftersales support for its UK customers. Evolt’s engineers have completed Ratio’s accredited training programme, giving them direct manufacturer training on the equipment they will support.
For existing Ratio sites, the main benefit is access to an additional service organisation with trained engineers. For new installations, Evolt can now support the equipment from specification and commissioning through to ongoing maintenance.
Mixed-hardware estates remain part of the service model
Evolt says its wider maintenance operation remains manufacturer-agnostic, allowing it to support sites that use chargers from several suppliers rather than requiring a separate maintenance contractor for each brand.
That becomes more relevant as commercial, fleet and public charging estates expand. Hardware selection is increasingly influenced not only by charger specification, but also by engineer availability, spare-parts support, remote diagnostics and how quickly faults can be resolved.
The Ratio accreditation adds another manufacturer to that service model rather than changing Evolt into a Ratio-only support provider.
